Muito bom o aplicativo, me ajuda muito a processar e adicionar rastreio em meus pedidos.
The app was working well, but suddenly, it stopped working. The customer service never replies to my emails. I would say, do not install this app.
Hi Forno vendors US team, I'm sorry — twice over. First that the app stopped working on you without warning, and second that our support never got back to you. Neither is acceptable, and we've restructured how tickets are handled so emails no longer fall through the cracks. Most "suddenly stopped working" reports we've seen recently trace back to a Shopify permissions/scope change or a tracking URL config that needs refreshing — usually a quick fix once we can see the shop. Could you email [email protected] with your store URL and roughly when the issue started? I'll personally take the ticket and reply same-day. App is no longer working. When it did, it performed as expected. The UI is a bit of a mess but otherwise it did as stated. We have reached out to support and have not heard back. ::UPDATE:: Steve responded to my email, and although it did not resolve my issue the app seems to be working now. Hopefully it stays that way.
Fantastic app and outstanding support! We're on the free plan as we really have no use for the integration w/ Paypal, but if we had, the monthly fee is totally well worth it! While not on the paid plans, Steve has been truly helpful and responsive still! When we recently needed Steve's help to check on some settings, he replied immediately and offered his assistance unconditionally and so we were able to quickly resume using the app! Our whole-hearted recommendation to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful fulfillment app backed by outstanding support! Two-thumbs up!
The first time it worked fine but the last time an error occurred. Orders fulfilled using this app will mark the order as fulfilled but will be deleted or without tracking, causing confusion for customers. I'm looking for better app.
Sorry for your inconvenience, to fulfill the order with the tracking number, you can use Create Fulfillment option, which will add/assign the tracking number to the relevant order. Using Mark Order as Fulfll will simulate the action mark fulfill in Shopify without any tracking number.

Great free app alternative for Massfulfill which recently discontinued suddenly... I compared with another bulk fulfill app but this one is much simple to use and better. If I may request, - Would like to have a freedom to upload with own format of column names and then tie to each necessary columns - Would like to have upload history or copy of email for traceability purpose
i paid for payapl sync and its not work the entire app bugging and stuck on the same situation every single time
