Extremely frustrating app to work with. Slow at processing the tasks. No live support is available, so if you need to edit something and cannot get it done yourself, you'll need to wait a couple of days via email.
Thank you for your review. Processing speed is unfortunately limited by Shopify API calling speed limit. We have optimized our app to be as fast as we can under that limit. Your tasks took about 10 minutes to update hundreds of products because of that. I wish it can be done instantaneous but all 3rd party apps are bound to that rule. We are a North American team. It is difficult to provide 24/7 live chat support at this point. We always make sure support tickets are replied in quality within 24 hours. I recently had the pleasure of using the Shopify Editor App and could not be happier with it! The user-friendly interface makes creating documents easy and intuitive. It's also highly customizable, allowing me to tailor my documents to my exact specifications. I'm very impressed with the level of detail and accuracy that this app provides and will definitely be recommending it to all my colleagues!

This does the job exceedingly well - IF you know how to use it properly. We have a store with hundreds of SKU's that required a bulk editing solution. Bulk editing is a breeze, but BEWARE its easy to make bulk edit mistakes that is painstaking to undo. It's a little bit of a learning curve. Please make sure read and watch tutorial videos before using. I recommend starting bulk editing 3-5 items at time and double check your work until you're used to it, then you can move on to bigger 100+ bulk edits.

Absolutely fantastic tool if you have a large amount of products on your website, very easy to use. I could not organize my site without it.

This app allows for a quick adjustment when in a jam, best of all can easily undo previous changes with a push of a button. Can't live without this app.

For stores with lots of products, this is an absolute must-have, whether it's a one off, or scheduled task, BPE is brilliant. Great support also for when you have queries.

Good App - we use it every day. We also have matrixify but I use this more as its quick and user friendly. Please Add the ability to publish on multiple sales channels at once.

A robust bulk editing tool with tons of options and the ability to revert! does everything I've needed to do and more, from simple csv exports to intricate variant metafield editing. This app has a slight learning curve, but their support is outstanding. Most of the bulk editing is very intuitive, there are just a handful of CSV import specifics that I needed help understanding, and their support team was happy to walk me through the complicated task with ease. Thanks to Darren for his quick response times and insightful answers. This app has literally saved me entire weeks of work!

a must-have app for any serious shopify store. we use on an almost weekly basis, and for a store with hundreds of products BPE is a lifesaver.

So simple to use, like all of Hextom's apps. This one is super powerful and well worth the money. Essential for me, you can roll back changes very easily! Mistakes are no longer a huge worry.
