Beware. I was on the $19.95 plan and downgraded to the FREE plan on October 21st, since I wont be using it for awhile. Yesterday, October 26th, I was billed for a renewal at the $19.95 cost. I have this app on 3 stores and Hextom already did this renewal with recognizing the downgrade on 2 of them already. Downgrading is not recognized and you will be stuck paying when your think that you are not. I think that my only option is going to be deleting the app from each store altogether.

The guy "James" useless. He knew what I needed help with and didn't move forward with the conversation. I requested help, and was sent to an "agent" who then read my issue and just sat there on the other end doing nothing. I wrote, again, what I needed help with, only for him to say "Yeah, I read your message earlier" wow! the brains on this guy! useless. horrible service. get a new agent!

Features are good but scammy and poor customer support. Tried both Hextom Bulk Product Edit and Hextom Image Edit. Why I said scammy? I downgraded plan and I was still being charged of the monthly fee. I contacted support for this. I was asked the exact date of downgrade. I look up to my emails and I just realized they dont send email confirmation of downgrade. Then they will keep charging you. Re: Hextom Image Edit - last year I subscribed to their most expensive plan because we have a lot of images in our store. BEWARE, it is NOT working! You need to batch your images per 100 images per batch for it to work, more than that, its not working. I worst part, I figured it out myself. I reached out to support then I was answered by the support named Channel asking me to send images. I sent and then after that, no reply at all, weeks have passed! so I figured out the way to make it work by myself. Poor customer support.

Useless app never works! Always glitches terrible support

Such a pity that they're customer service team is lazy and unhelpful. Kept referring me to watch a video instead of actually offering help. Obviously as a small business owner myself, I would never treat customers this way.

Application and support to be avoided. I used the paid version of the application to apply a discount on all the products in the store for the sales period. A discount from normal prices was scheduled on a certain date. After this date, a very large proportion of the products were still at sale prices, which is not normal. I contacted support and was told "they've put all their teams on it and put it at the top of the list". Only to find that two days later the problem had not been solved, and no solution had been found. In their opinion, everything is normal, the change has been made, it must be an external application that has reset the sales on certain products. Are you serious? No other application was used, no changes were applied to products during the sale period. Keep your money, it will save you a lot of time and money.

Doesn't work and 0 response on support/mial. I sended multiple emails/messages. Nobody respond. Unforunatly
Hi, Your latest question was on Friday May 5th, and we have responded on the same day. Also it sounds like you didn't get our earlier response on Tuesday. I'm suspecting that our email response was blocked from your inbox. Anyways, that problem was very easy to resolve. I have created a task and stopped it from running. It can be used as a template. so bad app i can not export more than 10 product each time and plan is paid soooooooooooooooooooooo baddddd

Extremely frustrating app to work with. Slow at processing the tasks. No live support is available, so if you need to edit something and cannot get it done yourself, you'll need to wait a couple of days via email.
Thank you for your review. Processing speed is unfortunately limited by Shopify API calling speed limit. We have optimized our app to be as fast as we can under that limit. Your tasks took about 10 minutes to update hundreds of products because of that. I wish it can be done instantaneous but all 3rd party apps are bound to that rule. We are a North American team. It is difficult to provide 24/7 live chat support at this point. We always make sure support tickets are replied in quality within 24 hours. Trying to import products into collections using csv and the app won't read what is very clearly in the column that I uploaded. Only 2 columns, sku and collection, and it shows correctly when setting it up. But on processing it says the collections column is blank, when it is clearly not. I have tried many times to upload my data and nothing.
Hi, I have looked into the bulk editing task in question. The task was created correctly. When checking the detail logs, you will see that the products were not changed because they are already in the state as required in the CSV file, which means in your case, the products are already in the collections you want to add them to. I spot checked a few products, and they are indeed already in those collections. That's why the task finished as 0 products edited. Please let us know if you have any questions. I could not edit more than 20 product and they write you can edit unlimited. But for use it was good

Does not perform well. Support told me it should work like that. It's much faster to use a simple CSV editor. This app use extremely slow, to make a partial export in CSV took 1 hour. All other filters and corrections also taking hours. Does. They charged me 29.99 for the test.

i am writing this review because i paid $10 for the app and it did not work. it only found 333 of 1200 identical variants i asked it to. i ran the search a second time and it found none. I emailed support and got an automated response telling me i would have to wait up to 2 days for a response. I am doing this now. No way. unacceptable. if someone gets back to me within 12 hours and fixes this problem i will edit this review.

Your app messed up all my prices. I explicitly put to decrease the amount by a certain amount and it decreased. When I hit revert it decreased again. Some utems became free! It wouldhave been very expensive if I hadn't caught it.

Terrible customer service. I removed the value of the product variant which does not work within this application. I am very sad with this app. waste of time & money. Very expensive for an app to bulk edit. 9.99 USD for 10 tasks a month. There are other apps more affordable with unlimited actions. Please refund the application charges.

Terrible customer service. The app is no longer working on my site and have been waiting more than 2 days for support to look at it. This is January!! during the sales!! our busiest time. Its unacceptable, I have deleted the app and will need my payment refunded.

Very expensive for an app to bulk edit. 10 USD for 10 tasks a month. There are other apps more affordable with unlimited actions.

Terrible company and app, I had issues with the app and I payed for upgrade but when I tried to use my app I was on free membership only and had no access to my upgrade, I contacted customer support twice and had no response. 2 weeks later still not response from them. Terrible customer service!

Horrible costumer service. They charged me for a more expensive plan and didn't offer a solution or refund even if they agrees this was their mistake. Stay away!!
