I found this very hard to use. I could not figure it out. It installed and uninstalled very quickly. Then I opened a chat for support and told me a few hours. No thank you.
Hello, I'm sorry you found the app difficult to use. There are a lot of options and we're doing our best to make it easy to use. If you could follow up to our support ticket we'd be more than happy to make a screen recording to help you out. As for the time to reply, we're slowly rolling out live chat support but it looks like we replied to your support message within 12 minutes and processed a refund for you. The refund itself does take longer to go through but it should be complete now. Please do let us know if you're still not seeing it. Works great! I appreciate the way this app helps me specifically target what to update with excel. The built in shopify update scares me.
