Yes, it costs more than other bulk editors... but it's intuitive and does exactly does what you probably have in mind. It pays for itself in time-savings.

This app is a lifesaver. We have a very large product catalogue that requires a lot of organization and I have found Ablestar to be the only app that can easily allow me to filter products efficiently and apply required edits. On top of that, their support team is incredibly quick to respond and help with any questions I've had.

one of the best apps we use, gets us out of a pickle for our large product catalogue and everything is reversible - 100% recommend we've had it 5-6 years now

Ablestar makes uploading new products/ editing existing products super easy. The software is simple to navigate. I highly recommend it!

Needs simple improvements that would help the workload. This app is supposed to save time but it needs to improve all you have to do just to schedule an edit. At some point I question if I should just bulk change prices in Shopify the day of the event. It would almost certainly be faster than this. It's clunky and I don't understand the 5 star average review. 1. When searching for products to edit, you cant just type in the product name and have options populate like in the Shopify product module. You have to choose a filter like "title" then start typing the title. Then the app gives you everything with that title which means you eventually have to delete the products you dont want, one by one. Or you have to keep adding filters to trim down the products that populate. This becomes tedious. 2. You can't edit a scheduled edit if you make a mistake. You have to cancel and start over. Which means you'll have to do #1 all over again. 3. If I have 5 products and want to schedule price changes and these 5 products are from the same group but have 3 different promo prices based on the fact some have more inventory than others, you cant just manually enter the different prices. You will have to schedule 3 different price edits which again is tedious. Each edit has to be for the same price and settings.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, I'm sorry it's feeling clunky for you, that's definitely not what we want. Following up on my email, the app has a couple features which should help in the situations you're describing: - The 'Specific products' search filter allows you to select just the products you want, without having to exclude ones that don't match your search - When you're viewing an edit in the app you can go to 'More actions -> Clone' to create an editable copy of that edit which will allow you to set a new scheduled time - If you need to set custom prices for different products based on their inventory, it might be easier to use a spreadsheet edit instead. The video I sent over goes into more detail for each of these steps. Hopefully that can help make the edits easier to set up but please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions.
