This app helped me to save a lot of time bulk updating an inventory tracking issue

We had a very specific problem where we needed to adjust the Inventory Location of all items from a vendor, but because inventory isn’t tracked we weren’t able to do that directly in Shopify without going thru item by item. With over 2500 products and variants from just that one vendor that wasn’t gonna be an option. Fortunately for us Alison from Ablestar did some quick tests and let us know it was absolutely possible with the Bulk Product Editor app, so we downloaded it and within 15-20 minutes or so we had accomplished what would have otherwise taken weeks… crisis averted!

This tool is great! The user interface is possibly one of the best ones I've seen in shopify apps and the UX is well thought of. The main win for us is that we're able to edit in bulk all of the metafields that we add. Love the progress feature too.. Excellent development work.

This App is very disappointing as it contains glitches that has prevented me onboarding. The support staff take a long time to respond to any queries and when they do respond, the explanations are confusing.
I'm very sorry for the issues you were having with the app. It seems like there were two things going on: some confusion between the 'create products' and 'spreadsheet edit' sections of the app, and Excel converting product IDs to scientific notation. We've followed up with some details and a short video over email and we're taking a look to see if we can make this part of the app more intuitive. Wow!! Amazing app!! I can't believe how easy it was. They took the guess work out of making complex updates. I was working on product Add-Ons, a feature Shopify doesn't have natively. The feature I love most of all is the "Undo Edit", such a cool feature. Thanks!!

Amazing app! We are launching tomorrow and have legacy products that we want to show hide using tags. This was a lifesaver.
