Super simple to understand and awesome support

ESSENTIAL app that we use DAILY. It is INVALUABLE to our business. Support is very responsive. The spreadsheet imports and exports are a game-changer. Makes Shopify's product import and export on par with Lightspeed's more robust data management tools.

Been using Ablestar for 7 years now and never had an issue until 14 September 2024. We ran into an issue but was resolved so quickly by Joan I didn't even get to finish my morning coffee and just resumed my work. Thank you very much to the Ablestar support, you guys are champs.

If you update your products frequently, this app is essential. Does what it's supposed to do without any issues and it's easy to use.

With more than 2000 products in my catalog, I can't survive without this app. It's very reactive, and it's so easy to bulk edit meta fields, images, and so on!

Our company uses the product all day, every day as a vital piece of our multi-store e-commerce platform. It's an invaluable tool that we could not go without. Support has been fantastic, and the program works as advertised. One suggestion I have for the developers though - please don't make drastic changes without notifying users ahead of time. This week's complete make-over was a surprise that left us hanging and unable to run our stores until the old version was restored.

I am loving this app it is saving me lots of time, also the staff have been so helpful with a problem that I had. They solved it straight away and nothing was a hassle. A very well-run App!!

Great App

Super intuitive and great support team. It was exactly what I needed to bulk update metafield data for my different products.

UPDATED: Had some issues with the app, after some time and help from the developer we managed to resolve the issues. Happy to say we are now using the app again on a daily basis and so far the bugs have been fixed. Good customer service from the guys here! Highly reccomended Lots of potential. But every-time I make temporary changes, it never reverts back to the old pricing. This has happened almost EVERY time. Really frustrating.. considering this is supposed to save me time

Best app that edit products!

January 8, 2026 I am absolutely overjoyed with the newly added Options feature! I have never experienced an app developer or support team that is this responsive and attentive to user feedback. July 30, 2024 Ablestar is absolutely fantastic. Their bulk edit app allows me to accomplish the work of at least five team members. Everything is clear, intuitive, and easy to use. Support is outstanding—the only time I reach out is to suggest new features, and they actually listen. This app sets the standard I compare all others against, regardless of function. I’ve been using Ablestar for nearly three years, and I truly couldn’t run my business without it. Ten stars!

This is a really useful app and I use for importing third party stock levels via FTP and it's great for exporting and editing product information. I recently had an issue where all Metafields were not showing as options to edit and it was fixed by the team within an hour of asking. Great service.
