Does exactly what it says. Easy to operate
Super helpful, I've used this app for a long time and it's what runs all of my sales, Black Friday events, and more! Very simple to use and reliable. I recommend them to anyone looking to easily run sales and bulk edit any aspect of their shop.
Super simple to understand and awesome support
ESSENTIAL app that we use DAILY. It is INVALUABLE to our business. Support is very responsive. The spreadsheet imports and exports are a game-changer. Makes Shopify's product import and export on par with Lightspeed's more robust data management tools.
Been using Ablestar for 7 years now and never had an issue until 14 September 2024. We ran into an issue but was resolved so quickly by Joan I didn't even get to finish my morning coffee and just resumed my work. Thank you very much to the Ablestar support, you guys are champs.
If you update your products frequently, this app is essential. Does what it's supposed to do without any issues and it's easy to use.
With more than 2000 products in my catalog, I can't survive without this app. It's very reactive, and it's so easy to bulk edit meta fields, images, and so on!
Our company uses the product all day, every day as a vital piece of our multi-store e-commerce platform. It's an invaluable tool that we could not go without. Support has been fantastic, and the program works as advertised. One suggestion I have for the developers though - please don't make drastic changes without notifying users ahead of time. This week's complete make-over was a surprise that left us hanging and unable to run our stores until the old version was restored.
I am loving this app it is saving me lots of time, also the staff have been so helpful with a problem that I had. They solved it straight away and nothing was a hassle. A very well-run App!!
Super intuitive and great support team. It was exactly what I needed to bulk update metafield data for my different products.
Ablestar saves the day everyday!! Once you learn how to use the filters, it's a god send.
UPDATED: Had some issues with the app, after some time and help from the developer we managed to resolve the issues. Happy to say we are now using the app again on a daily basis and so far the bugs have been fixed. Good customer service from the guys here! Highly reccomended Lots of potential. But every-time I make temporary changes, it never reverts back to the old pricing. This has happened almost EVERY time. Really frustrating.. considering this is supposed to save me time
Hello, I'm very sorry you're having problems with the prices on your store. We want the app to be the fastest and safest way to manage product data on Shopify and I understand how frustrating it can be when something as important as pricing doesn't work as expected. Because pricing is so important the app keeps a record all price changes, even those changed outside of the app. If you can get back to us with some of the details we asked about we can look through the logs to see what's going on. Additionally you mentioned that pricing issues persisted after you stopped making edits with our app so it's possible another app or integration is causing issues. If you reply to our message we can check with Shopify support to figure out who is causing those changes. Best, Daniel and the Ablestar team
