I used to use this app for my all clients, but suddenly I faced some issues, I tried to talk with the Support team but I got no response from them seems like The support team is dead! Rest in peace

What a trash app. I had a few questions and the support never replied. I tried again for two more times. Still nothing. Now I see that they deleted the support chat. Wow, never had this bad of an experience in all my years using shopify.
We are sorry that the app did not work as expected. We are only two people working on this app and the last few weeks have been difficult for us with a lot of work on our new app. As a consequence, we don't have time to answer all merchants. Zero tech support, they literally won't answer any inquires. If they don't support their app, it is worthless.
