Shri has been a great customer support representative . He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through several issues, helping me get my store into the best possible shape. I especially appreciated his honesty when explaining the limitations of Shopify's backend. Instead of just telling me no its not possible, he was explaining to me why it wasn't possible, and suggested alternative solutions that could possibly achieve the same goal.
