I had the pleasure of working with Nitin on building out a custom bundle using the app integration, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive at every step. Nitin made the entire process easy and fast, while making sure all my needs were met. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend working with him and EB in general!!

A really nice bundle app. And their customer/technical support is excellent. We had some trouble with something that wasn't displaying the way I wanted to and they addressed it right away.

Outstanding support. We run an Australian fragrance discovery store where customers build custom sample packs from our range, and Easy Bundle Builder is the engine behind it. We hit an issue adding new products to our bundle and couldn't work out what was wrong. Booked a support call and the team had it resolved inside of thirty seconds. They could see the issue immediately and walked me through exactly what was happening. They then went above and beyond, offering to help us maximise the app to drive more sales, sharing examples from other businesses like ours. This is what great support looks like. The app does exactly what we need, and the team behind it genuinely care about helping you get the most out of it. Could not recommend more highly.

Just downloaded, Great support with helping me set up my first bundle, know now how to sort out more and was encouraged to get back in touch once created for them to text. Was able to get what I wanted, so I'm very happy. thanks
