Really poor tech and support service. cant actually add the widget where you want it. It embeds itself into your cart buttons, so if you want customer to proceed with their original choice it hurts conversion, because they have to scroll through all categories first till you get to their own add to cart button. If you are using google ads and are intent customers dont do it. If you dont care about that, maybe add it. but dont rely on their knoweldge because its limited. 6 hours now trying to add a simple bundle.

I had a call with Ankit Paliwal and the service was absolutely terrible and disgusting!!!! He was on call with me for half an hour and when he got tired and didn't want to finish the work said that he is not in the office and he doesn't have vpn and he can no longer finish the work!!! I want a refund and im no longer working with you!!!!

The app lacks even the most basic functionality. While it offers a simple purchasing solution, it does not provide a practical way to upload or manage detailed information such as multiple sizes or variations. Support has been disappointing, and overall the experience has been frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs flexibility, options, or product variations.

Unfortunately I have had to edit my review. The EZ Bundle team explicitly told me that I could make unlimited bundles on their app, as I explained to them that I would need 4000-5000 unique bundles. I asked them multiple times to ensure that I would be able to do this. They confirmed it on numerous occassions. After I spent about a week building all of my unique bundles, the app started to crash and I was unable to save any bundle changes. They messaged me and said my bundles were causing the app to crash for all their customers and that I needed to delete a majority of the bundles or delete the app. I spent almost a week, building my bundles around the clock for Black Friday and then they asked me to delete them because their app couldn't handle it. This is AFTER I asked them numerous times if I could make 4000+ bundles and they ensured me I could make as many as I wanted.

Buggy – not worth the price We paid $99/month for several months, and when we actually tried to use the app, it completely failed. The app wouldn’t even let us edit our current workflows — instead, it asked us to sign up again. Their own support admitted it was a bug and just said “won’t happen again.” This is unacceptable for a paid service. Waste of time and money. Avoid.
Hey, this happened because you had cancelled the subscription and for you to access the app again, you had to re-subscribe. This was also discussed with you over chat and you confirmed that since the products were out of stock, you decided to cancel the subscription but still keep the app.

The listing for this app said there is a Free plan available. however, the first thing I have to choose is a paid plan that starts at $50 a month.
