Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

A great app which is easy to use for customers. Had to go through a lot of back and forth with the customer service team in order for it to work as we needed, however, they were very quick to respond and very happy to help. Certain features aren't available, such as being able to stop store discounts from being combined with the bundle discount. Otherwise, a good app which is better for UX than most.

Felt like the help I needed was straight forward, but took 2 agents 2 days, They eventually resolved the issues fully and the app is functioning 100% to my desire on my site.

We have only been using the app for a short while, as we had to move over from the developers other app, Fly Bundles. The team is very helpful and extremely responsive. They quickly assist with any issues I run into. I've spoken with Usman, Bijoy, and Hiral and all are very knowledgeable. I would give 5 stars if the app was as user friendly as Fly Bundles! But the team has helped me through all my issues.

Salaj helped me try to get new bundles started and was quick with support. Recommend.

Bin im großen uns Ganzen zufrieden. Ein paar Dinge waren nicht sofort so wie sie sein sollten, aber der Support ist sehr schnell und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit, meist in wenigen Minuten alle Probleme gelöst.

This app has been absolutely fab. There were a couple of blips along the way (most of which the team could help with - but a couple that our devs needed to take a look at themselves). In the end though, it's been a really great revenue driver.

The app works well. The only limitation it has is the number of available packages. It would be great if this could be increased in the future or if there were an option for a higher subscription in exchange for a higher number of packages. Support has a quick response time, which is a major advantage.

Their support is a little slow because they're in a different time zone, which usually takes the next day to resolve items. As long as you have patience with the setup process, I think you will really like this program. Make sure to use their customer service, as they offer customization options that you can't do. With this program, you can only do bundles. If you want to do price breaks, there is another program by the same company. The only problem with this is that it gets a little expensive. In my opinion, both these programs should be together.

I have been using this bundle builder app since July 2023. I have to say, the customer service has been extremely helpful and they jump to help any time you need something! It does everything we wanted it to, and was quite easy to set up. I'm happy with how it looks on our website too! My only complaint is how the order comes in visually in the order summary for the customer, and within the "orders" page. I would LOVE if each bundle was listed nicely and in order - all together with the bundle it's a part of. Our staff can have a hard time reading the order as they come in, especially when it's a large order. That creates some confusion and is my only annoyance with this app.

Easy Bundles app with fantastic features, advanced settings, and great design templates. The support team is quick and helpful. Highly recommend!
