I have been using this bundle builder app since July 2023. I have to say, the customer service has been extremely helpful and they jump to help any time you need something! It does everything we wanted it to, and was quite easy to set up. I'm happy with how it looks on our website too! My only complaint is how the order comes in visually in the order summary for the customer, and within the "orders" page. I would LOVE if each bundle was listed nicely and in order - all together with the bundle it's a part of. Our staff can have a hard time reading the order as they come in, especially when it's a large order. That creates some confusion and is my only annoyance with this app.

I'm a questions kind of person. I like them, I think they're important, and I'd rather ask a stupid question than make a stupid mistake. Because of this, I am acutely aware that I can be what's known as a.... 'trying customer'. I no doubt have waged war on many a person's patience at the Skai Lama team, but it's been with the best will - to let me understand their product and how to best customise it for my needs. Suffice to say, their support, attention and help has been unfailing, unwavering and they have absolutely given every bit of help I could need, and more. In terms of the actual product, it's actually incredibly powerful and flexible. So much so that we now use it as our default shop-front, because of the way it cuts down on mouse-clicks and keeps your products in the eye of the viewer, through pop-up product descriptions. This has seen a general uptick in sales, along with an upsell on accompanying products through the add-on's feature. The icing on the cake for me was when the team sent me the link for their custom ChatGPT model, where I was able to get some code run off to allow me to customise how the product pop-ups look. It makes things much easier and more accessible, and is another shining example of a team who believe in 100% customer service, 100% of the time.

We tried several bundling apps and this was by far the best of the bunch. I would absolutely recommend using Easy Bundle Builder. Easy to plug into your site in a variety of ways, relatively straightforward set up, and superb support. We did couple using this with another app of theirs, Kite Discounts as well.

This app is comprehensive and can basically complete all the settings I need. Even if you don't know how to do it, don't worry. The technical support responds very quickly and can help solve some tricky problems. It is very friendly for merchants who can't write code themselves!

Harsh and Abhishek did a call with me, explaining everything to help me understand how to use the app properly. They were beyond patient with me. I feel confident in moving forward on my own, but even more confident knowing I can reach out to them and they are willing to help me. I recommend using them and this awesome app!!

The app is extremely easy to navigate and looks amazing. Visually I can already see my customers obsessing over this bundle builder. It looks way better than any other builder on the App Store and I highly recommend it to everyone. We had an on boarding call just to ask for advice if we needed to do anything more, even though it's already very easy to navigate and the gentleman on the phone was super kind and super helpful and gave us a lot of his time. The call didn't feel rushed at all - it felt like he really wanted to help us and wanted the best for us with all his amazing advice. THANK YOU SO MUCH. can't wait to see how much money I will make from this bundle builder :)

One of the best bundle builder apps out there, if not the best. Support is also excellent, offering a live chat feature. They have saved my butt when I have had issues!

So far so good! I went through five apps before I found this one and it is solid. This is the only app that has checked off every box that we have for a bundle builder functionality. The support team has been very helpful in answering my many questions!
