The app is fantastic and increased my AOV in no time but the real bonus is the customer support: I had an annual plan and, due to work commitments, I no longer needed it... They refunded me for all the months I hadn't used, FREE OF CHARGE. It seems obvious, but when you pay for an annual plan, it's not always the case that people on the other side are so kind.
