Massive shoutout to Tomas. I came in with a complex custom JS integration question and he had a code sample ready in his first reply. Every follow-up got a clear, useful answer within minutes. No fluff, no "let me check with the team and get back to you in 3 days," just real engineering help. Saved me days of work. 10/10.
