Franchement, je suis très satisfait de Katching Bundle. L’application est impeccable : simple à utiliser, fluide, bien pensée et surtout très pratique pour créer et gérer facilement des offres groupées. Mais ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est le service client. J’ai eu besoin d’aide et IEVA a été incroyablement rapide, réactive et efficace. Elle a compris mon problème rapidement et m’a apporté une solution sans me faire perdre de temps. C’est vraiment appréciable d’avoir un support aussi professionnel.

Sebastian was absolutely OUTSTANDING. He helped me for a while back and forth adjusting and tweaking the mobile view formatting with my bundle elements to ensure it came out exactly how I wanted. Took us a few back and forths but he made it happen and I couldn't be happier with it and the service I received. Class when you visualise something and a team member like him can work his magic in the background and make it happen and bring it to life. Very much recommend.

Gebruik Kaching Bundles nu een tijdje op onze dierenwinkel en het is eigenlijk de basis van al onze productpagina's geworden. Bundelkortingen instellen werkt super simpel en de widget ziet er gewoon strak uit zonder dat je iets hoeft te coderen. Grootste plus voor mij: je kunt A/B testen direct in de widget, met statistieken per variant. Daar heb je normaal een aparte (dure) tool voor nodig. Werkt ook goed samen met Kaching Subscriptions voor abonnementen op bundels, dat hebben we vandaag opgezet. Support reageert snel en denkt echt mee. Aanrader.
