Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to request a refund for a charge of 1434.05 associated with Bill #532269623. I uninstalled the application on April 30th after using it for only two weeks. Despite this, I was still charged. I have attempted to find a way to contact you regarding this issue but have been unsuccessful until now. Could you please process a refund for this charge? and confirm if any future charges wonnt be there

Great app, horrible customer support experience from Eligijus. I asked about a layout adjustment because the app was positioning a block wrongly. Instead of trying to help by finding a solution to adjust the layout specifically for this case, or tell me something like "we don't support custom layout adjustments, see if your dev can help" he responds with an attitude patronizing my ask as if I were stupid and then continues to sprinkle attitude to each of his further equally unhelpful and patronizing replies. Would strongly consider replacing him with an AI chatbot that would've 100% given me a better answer (we don't do that/talk to your dev) and AT LEAST the same amount of help (none) without any of the ego :D

This app didn't have the functionality I needed so I deleted it. Within minutes I received a phone call, a voice message, a text message, and 2 emails asking why I deleted and offering me a discount. One of these methods would have been appropriate. 4 reach outs in a matter of minutes is EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and wildly off-putting.

Customer support is not giving their all to solve my issue with their bundles not showing up as they should for specific markets. They just redirect me to Shopify support without providig clear instructions to Shopify what the issue with their app might could be. A bit disappointed tbh

It is amazing

App is good but way too expensive. We are paying 60/month usd just for having a volume discount. We are looking for other options

Kaching is a nice looking app but its too expensive to use. Theres other apps that are much cheaper doing the same thing
