Warning: Major Bugs, Theme Incompatibility, Disappearing Support, and Unsettling Behavior Rating: 1 out of 5 Stars I am writing this review to warn other Shopify merchants about the significant issues I experienced with the Kaching Bundle app. The problems ranged from critical functionality failures to alarming issues with the support team. Critical Functional Failure & Potential Revenue Loss The core function of this app—the product bundling—was unreliable and posed a serious financial risk to my business. The bundle was configured to add 10 products to the cart upon selection, but it only added 1 product most of the time. This was intermittent, sometimes working and other times failing. I could have lost a significant amount of money overnight had I not manually checked the functionality. This is a massive, unacceptable bug that directly impacts revenue and stock accuracy. I urge all users to rigorously test this app on a live store before relying on it. The app also did not work with my theme, which was the initial reason I needed support. Disastrous Support Experience The support experience was just as damaging as the app's bugs: Disappearing Act: The support agent who was actively working on my website vanished mid-task. Damaged My Store: Crucially, while working on the site, the agent disabled other integrated, necessary apps for my website's operations, causing additional downtime and work for me to fix. The Most Disturbing Issue: AI Call Spam The absolute worst part of this experience was the subsequent personal harassment. In the morning, while I was sleeping, I began receiving spam calls from an AI caller. They repeatedly spammed my personal phone number, disturbing my peace. This highly inappropriate and unethical behavior has absolutely no place in a professional business interaction and is incredibly unsettling. In summary: The Kaching Bundle app failed to work reliably with my theme and its core functionality was critically broken. The support team was decent, but broke other essential parts of my store, and then followed up with an alarming, abusive practice of spam-calling my number with an AI. Avoid this app at all costs.

Customer service is terrible!!! It's been 2 weeks since installed the app, trying to resolve the issues we had with it and still it's not over. Every time i contact support, they answer after hours and sometimes it's not even a sufficient answer to resolve anything. I found out that customers redeemed offers from this app even though it wasn't live. I also installed their subscription app which created every order to be automatically subscribed every 2 weeks!! I contacted their support and no reply yet!! It's been hours and I see the agent live on the chat.

You have an amazing onboarding process, why you need to push so aggressively for reviews with pathetic images. This really ruins very good first impression.

Terrible support. Support used to be quick but not anymore. Took forever to hearback. Took 2-3 days to finally get a full answer. Lost hundreds of dollars too because the app suddenly just stopped working because another app interefered with the code even though I changed or touched nothing but randomly the app stopped registering the add to carts so I lost hundreds of dollars on adspend for customers that tried to purchase but couldn.t

I had problems with this application, and the default swatch selection function is not working correctly. Although the interface shows the correct color, it actually adds a different color to the cart.

They deceive you! I had put a negative review because I gave them access to my store and without my permission they posted on my theme in live something that created a bug on the store without permission. They kept writing me so that I could cancel my review by offering me 100% discount of the app through a discount code. I accepted the discount, deleted the review, and right after the first month I see in my shopify billing there is their $59.99 plan. On top of that putting the 100% discount code doesn't even give me the option to change the plan because the app is supposed to be free. Be warned. There are so many apps that are the same and similar to this app that don't cost that much

Be Careful. They lost me money! Instead of going to the next tier of plan when I hit my threshold they removed the app from my landing page. This resulted in customers not able to purchase and me wasting all my ad spend. Why not just have the app automatically go up tiers as your customers hit the revenue limits? You lost me around $200 today.

They NEVER respond. I sent inquiries twice, but they completely ignored me. Only after I leave a negative review, do they respond. No, not this time. Don't send emails requesting to remove reviews. I've had enough patience.
