Simona helped me out with a stacking discount question. She was super helpful and professional. In regards to the the app, one thing that is frustrating is not being able to turn off the shipping discount to our wholesale clients with another app we use for wholesale orders.

The Kaching app works very well; we're very satisfied, especially with the bundles. And if something ever doesn't work, you can contact support. They respond very quickly and help you solve the problem right away. I received excellent support from Eligijus.

User friendly interface,built to convert .the customer service is exceptional,they reply really fast to your queries.Juozas was the customer representative who helped me and honestly made the whole experience much smoother

super app und super Mitarbeiter sehr nah zu ihren Benutzern sowohl die app als auch die Mitarbeiter. Hatte auch gerade wieder ein kurzes Gespräch mit den Herren Juozas sehr schnell geholfen, gut erklärt und das Problem perfekt gelöst.

Domantas was great and helped a lot! Wish for more customizability regarding the apps (perhaps and AI feature than can "copy" code from a reference image of another site)

A lot going on in a small amount of space. I can see the power in this. I can also see where improvements can be made. Dealing with Jou.. today started a little frustrating but he prevailed in getting me answers to some questions that i needed. Im not a computer wiz but im slowly catching on. This app has brought in a nice % of income over the 2025 BF specials. I would like to see it bring in more over the course of the next year. The more i learn ,,,,the more this app should assist.

It's definitely helped increase our AOV and we liked the way we could customise it for our needs of a tiered discount bundles customers can choose themselves. Sebastian was helpful and quick to respond.
