Possibly the fastest, most to-the-point customer support I've ever experienced. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a few minutes for a response from a live person, and so far, I've been able to get what I needed right then and there (no need for email follow-up), whether that's a helpful screenshot or a little bit of custom code.
