Bolt Base review for Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

repeated issues with discounts not being applied on my site, the first time i reported it i got fed up chasing them, then it was quietly forgotten about. Then a couple of months later i started getting angry emails and phone calls due to discounts not being applied. Same again i keep chasing but keep getting fobbed off by them. Another angry email today from one of our long term customers trying to place an order that should be £600 but due to kachings lack of interest in fixing the issues, the system is trying to charge my customer over £3000. Their lack of interest is unbelievable, time to find an alternative solution!
