We've been using the app for several years and it keeps breaking for us. They've kept fixing it, but everytime it costs us a lot of money. Now it suddenly stopped again and they stopped replying. There are so many irrational decisions made in the app. No sales info relevant for the user, e.g when checking analytics and choosing the time, it doesn't actually show how many of each bundles sold , only how many sold during the whole lifetime you've had the app, and sales for all things related to that app for the time. Which isn't relevant at all. They said they'd send me the info after I requested it, but never did. If you want to change the settings for the bundles, each bundle has to be setup individually, they removed the global option... The list goes on. I'm truly tired of losing customers.
