We use Rebolt to manage all of the product bundles at our Shopify store, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. Our store has some very complicated bundling scenarios, but this app always manages to find a solution that works perfectly for us. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer support. A technical error occurred for the first time in a year, and it took a couple of days to resolve. However, the customer service team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Really neat app. Very easy to use with an intuitive interface for both developer and customer. The box builder works perfectly for what I need it for. Have had a few small hiccups that have been dealt with quickly, really great customer support.

We've been using the app for several years and it keeps breaking for us. They've kept fixing it, but everytime it costs us a lot of money. Now it suddenly stopped again and they stopped replying. There are so many irrational decisions made in the app. No sales info relevant for the user, e.g when checking analytics and choosing the time, it doesn't actually show how many of each bundles sold , only how many sold during the whole lifetime you've had the app, and sales for all things related to that app for the time. Which isn't relevant at all. They said they'd send me the info after I requested it, but never did. If you want to change the settings for the bundles, each bundle has to be setup individually, they removed the global option... The list goes on. I'm truly tired of losing customers.

After reviewing and piloting several bundling applications, we selected Rebolt Bundle based on its strong feature set, ease of installation and seamless integration with our web store. Their quality of support was a deciding factor as well. We encountered a few minor hiccups during sandbox testing, but the support team quickly exceeded our expectations. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to their product and customers. We look forward to future enhancements and continuing our partnership with this team.
