Rebolt Product Bundles & BOGO

A technical error occurred for the first time in a year, and it took a couple of days to resolve. However, the customer service team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Easy to Use & Great Support Rebolt is easy to use and fairly priced. The customer support is fast and very helpful. There are a few UX issues, mainly around design and how sold-out variants are displayed. Overall, great value for the features it offers!

I reached out to customer support a few times to get help navigating the options. When I was able to connect, the customer representative was very helpful. Meera V. was AMAZING, she deserves a 10 out of 10!! I would recommend her for any issues with the app.

Rebolt-Bundle Products is a great app. It was easy to install and easy to use. Upon initial install, there were a few bugs, but the software development team was great and was able to resolve all of our issues with a very quick turnaround. I would recommend this product to others.

Managed to help me fix some functionality issues on our store. It took a little while but the problem was complex. Awesome responsiveness and always willing to help.

Some hiccups around the beginning of using this app but now works quite smoothly and has helped with sales & clearing stock. However, there are some shortfalls and lack of features that would make life a lot easier. There is no easy way to know when products that are in bundles are out of stock, so the bundle will sit on the website unable to be purchased without us realising (we have a large amount of bundles so hard to keep track of all of them all the time). Analytics are also very basic as you can only see overall sales & revenue generated, and only the top 10 selling bundles. It would be helpful to be able to run reports on individual bundles and see how often they are selling. So overall a useful app but definitely room for improvement.

Unique bundling features, looks great on the store. The app didn't look right initially but the team did a great job to fix it quickly.

Good customer service

Although the app is a little slow and missing out on some key features for our requirements, it does that job and customer/tech support is excellent. Cheaper option compared to all other bundle apps on Shopify too!

bit difficult to manage by a single person who doesn't know anything about coding. However the assistants were very helpful and was on time.

Installation was fairly easy. App does as advertised. More styling options would be my only wish. Customer support was great. We had an issue and it was rectified within an hour.

I run theveganlifeshop.com and I added the Bundle Products app to help me create a few specific product bundles. I created them easily. There was an issue with the combo bundle and their instructions to hide the default add to cart button on my theme, so I reached out to the tech team for support and they responded to each of my questions within 24 hrs. I don't have a lot of confidence in editing code, so I asked if they could make the changes for me, and they did so quickly! Very professional and courteous assistance! I do wish the app would allow you to do a bundle and then include the bundle with a frequently bought together package (they told me that's not possible at this point). And I wish the app had a little bit more direction as to the different type of bundles and what the end product would look like. I had to play around with it a bit until I really found the right kind of bundle I was envisioning. A little more up front description would be helpful! But overall, I'm happy with the bundle app so far.
