Hi, Please share the support email ID for this application. I have been charged for the application without using it. I never installed the paid version/subsciprion.

An option for bulk importing bundles would be really helpful. Specially for seasonal bundles or new product series launches. At present each bundle of a new release series has been built individually, i.e. BTS26 bundles.

A bulk bundle import option would certainly be helpful for seasonal campaigns and larger product launches such as your BTS26 series. At the moment, creating bundles individually provides full control over each bundle’s products, discounts, and settings, but we completely understand how a bulk import feature could make larger setups much faster. They public at 8.99 per month but they charge me 9.99 per month? not sure and where we can cancel or adjust the plans?
Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry for the confusion. The Bundler app plans were recently slightly discounted. Since you originally subscribed before this price change, your store was still on the previous $9.99 monthly price. To switch to the new $8.99 price, you can simply downgrade the app to the Free plan and then upgrade to the Premium plan again. We can see that you have already completed these steps, which is great, and your subscription should now use the new lower price.
