Zan Misel displayed outstanding customer service abilities when I utilized the bundler app for the first time. Being unfamiliar with its setup and operation, I was unsure how to proceed, but Zan provided me with expert assistance. They not only guided me through the app's configuration but also customized its functions and features according to my specific needs. As a result, I was highly satisfied with the customer service I received, and I consider it to be an excellent experience overall.

Great customer service. Super responsive, and they helped us immensely to achieve what we were seeking out of the app. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add bundles to their site.

Just what I was looking for when creating a bundle for my shop. The free version has what I need as a new business and I can see myself upgrading to the other tiers in the future. I am also glad that I can still use ShopPay and Paypal Express. Thanks for creating this app! Check out neferkemet.com for alcohol-free perfume sprays & oils!

I tried the native Shopify Bundles app first. It wasted about ten hours of my time. Their own customer service kindly recommended Bundler and I am very thankful. Amazing software! So easy. Videos pop-up in app to explain everything and are very concise. In fact, while I was working all day today, it gave me a pop-up saying that they noticed how long I was working and wondered if I needed help!!! Wow! That is right, they are actually tracking how long you spend in the app and respond if they sense you are working too long. So impressed. Everything is super clear for both the entrepreneur and the customer. Save yourself tiem and headache and start with Bundler!

I was surprised by how easy is to set up the bundles. So far is an excellent app that I wish I had added sooner. It has definitely helped me raise my average order value. Highly recommend it.
