Very frustrating. It started charging me a monthly fee when I wasn't even using it. I started a free trial and months later found out I was paying.

Bundler Product Bundles is easy to use and has helped increase our average order value by allowing us to offer bundled products with discounts. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, and the support team is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

I like the app functionality and it works to increase both our conversions and AOV which is most important. Customer support also answers fairly quickly via email. I rated three stars because I would love if the interface was smoother and more aesthetically pleasing. And, maybe I'm spoiled but I'm used to Shopify apps that I use having a live chat for immediate assistance. Like I said, they usually answer fast via email, but live chat would be faster. I have a paid plan and I've noticed that live chat is customary with Shopify apps. However, I still recommend because it's built for Shopify, customer support has always responded and resolved my issue, and it does its most important job which is to increase our sales.
