10/10 customer support and technical assistance. Most solutions out of the box in the app are there to get us started by setting it up ourselves. The technical customizations we needed were square images on all photos and for out of stock items to be removed from the listing. I requested how to do these changes myself, but instead they simply made the changes for me, free of charge. Thank you again for being willing to do this work rather than sending me links to support articles on how to do it myself. The other developer companies do this and it is very frustrating, especially because their support articles are often outdated and don’t match the updated layout of their apps, so they’re useless. It’s a relief to get people who are actually willing to step in and help out. And your support articles if I ever need them are actually accurate and up to date, so thank you for that as well.

This app let us duplicate a feature we had in our legacy system. It is flexible to both $ or % and allows different presentations on POS and online store. Support was excellent in getting the app to perform for all our demands. Highly recommend as a way to sell groups of items for one price.

Great customer service. Super responsive, and they helped us immensely to achieve what we were seeking out of the app. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add bundles to their site.

My web designer and I chose Bundler because it's intergrated with Gempages. It was tricky to understand at first, but the video tutorials and FAQ section are helpful should you need it. If you can't find a solution through those options, the Bundler team are super helpful. I had a couple of queries in regards to the discounts not showing in the cart and the product images shown as blurry on the website. I had Josh assisting me and he was very helpful and friendly in making sure those matters were completed. Thanks again, Josh!

Just what I was looking for when creating a bundle for my shop. The free version has what I need as a new business and I can see myself upgrading to the other tiers in the future.
