Poor bundles app. It absolutely does not work well with other sales channels. When a bundled product is sold, the original order gets cancelled and a new order is created. Due to automatic integrations, the cancellation is also sent to the marketplace. We only found out afterwards—when customers had already received their orders but also got a refund via the marketplace. Very poorly implemented.
Hi, I understand your concern here, app has multiple fulfillment options and if this was not working for your case, you could have contacted support, we would have suggested few other options to try. App is being used by thousands of merchants to sell bundles across third party marketplaces and we have managed to integrate with complex workflow of our merchants.
