This app works perfectly for our needs! I reached out to request access to beta features, and Harold was prompt, polite, and incredibly helpful. He understood my unique needs and suggested a much simpler, more effective solution than the one I had been planning (and helped me implement it!). Excellent all around.
This app has become a favoured method for displaying products created using parts sold on our store. Its simple interface and user-friendly design make it a valuable addition to our store. The excellent response time to our queries is another plus.
Update: The app developer did get back to me and answered my questions on uninstalling. I do recommend the app if you are looking to do bundles. (original review below)The app works well but I've tried reaching out multiple times to get help with uninstalling the Bundles.App on my shopify store and I have not heard back from support which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. @Bundles.app if you are reading this review, can you please email me as soon as possible to help me take off any code from my Shopify back end before uninstalling? Thank you. Katie
Thanks for your review, I replied to all of your support messages within minutes. You can best check your spam folder. There is no code in your theme from the app so you can uninstall without worrying about that.
This was the best of the bundles app we tried!
The app works great and covers our needs well, even for more complex use cases. What really stands out is the support — Harold provides excellent assistance and is always very helpful when it comes to explaining processes and helping with setup. He has been a great help even with more complex questions and challenges. Highly recommended.
We tried lots of bundle apps before finally finding this one that did everything we needed it to. The customer support on this app has been outstanding - have never received such prompt and helpful support from any other app. Highly recommend!!
We have had this app installed in our store for over a year now. We don't actually use it for its true intended purpose (bundling & discount management) but rather as a sort of BOM management system since our products are customizable with shared parts. It works perfectly for us, we have never had an issue with it, and the support from the developer is top-tier. Highly recommend!
App works great! Does exactly what I need. No issues for years, and the one time I had an issue, Harold fixed it super fast. Highly recommend.
Best bundles app on the store. The only one that works for us.
- The app didn't seem to work at all in our shop. Bundles had no effect on orders, and the availability of components wasn't deducted from the inventory. - The app can't be installed in our test shop due to the error message "The Shop cannot accept the provided charge." This worked perfectly with other apps, both with and without a trial period. Having to test an app on a live shop, especially one that we want to test by creating orders, shipping, and potentially handling returns, is very inconvenient. - After installing the app, it took a very long time (about an hour) for product images to appear in Bundles.app. Even after a much longer period, there are still products whose images aren't displayed in the Bundles.app. Our Shopify store only has 148 products.
Thanks for your review. If the app doesn't change the inventory that's most likely because items are set up in a different bundling app too. The app can be installed on a dev store, but Shopify does not allow trials to be started on all stores. I can manually activate it if the dev store is a permanent dev store. The import of the products from your store took less than 30 seconds. The images are not stored in my app those are coming from Shopify directly, would love to help you solve this. Very useful app and excellent support! The products in our main product line are made up of 3-5 shared components in varying quantities. The Bundles app not only keeps our stock levels accurate on components, it also ensures correct packing by listing the components and quantities right on the packing list.

I’ve had a great experience with Bundles.app – Inventory Sync. The initial setup was a bit challenging for me, but Harold was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly. With his support, I was able to get everything configured properly. Now everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. Excellent support and a very useful app — highly recommended!
