- The app didn't seem to work at all in our shop. Bundles had no effect on orders, and the availability of components wasn't deducted from the inventory. - The app can't be installed in our test shop due to the error message "The Shop cannot accept the provided charge." This worked perfectly with other apps, both with and without a trial period. Having to test an app on a live shop, especially one that we want to test by creating orders, shipping, and potentially handling returns, is very inconvenient. - After installing the app, it took a very long time (about an hour) for product images to appear in Bundles.app. Even after a much longer period, there are still products whose images aren't displayed in the Bundles.app. Our Shopify store only has 148 products.
Thanks for your review. If the app doesn't change the inventory that's most likely because items are set up in a different bundling app too. The app can be installed on a dev store, but Shopify does not allow trials to be started on all stores. I can manually activate it if the dev store is a permanent dev store. The import of the products from your store took less than 30 seconds. The images are not stored in my app those are coming from Shopify directly, would love to help you solve this. This app is crap. The person who built it hasn't upgraded it in years. The time and manual labor to add inventory each time, then go to the app backend to then manually enter it again is a joke. On top of that, your bundles break more that humpty dumpty. Do yourself a favor and find another app.
Thanks for your review. The app is actively maintained and is upgraded very often. Of your 8926 bundles 559 are broken because you deleted the items used as bundle from your store. The app processes all your bundle orders 100% correct, I showed you that in our email conversation. You're also still using the app for all your bundle orders, so please let me know if you need any further help.

When we first used this app, it was AMAZING! We have actually used it for some while and it was very helpful.. Then we got into our busy season. Issues kept coming up. The main 2 were about 1) the bundles updating to no inventory when there was inventory and 2) consistently overselling on our inventory.. Like outrageously. We reached out to the support team multiple times and every time we were told it was not them... Sooo, for the over 6 years we have been with shopify, haven't downloaded anything but simple apps until now, our inventory is now a mess.
Thanks for your review. Some of your bundles are broken because items that where in the bundles or where the bundles are removed from Shopify. I solved the issues you had in October. In December I tried to help you, but you never responded on my last email where I explained that your bundles where broken. I see you still have bundles installed and I see what there are still issues with your bundles, can you please contact me so I can help you further :)
