I've really enjoyed using the bundles app to track my store inventory so far, it's simple & seamless to use (which I really appreciate) and it allows you to keep the front of your store within your own style which is very important to me & why I chose it. I recently had a few functionality questions and Harold at Bundles got back to me within an hour (even though he's in Europe & I'm in LA) and he stayed up late to help me sort the confusion (which was actually a store / variants issue in the end). I really appreciated his immediate kind feedback & willingness to help me sort it out) he answered all my questions and we closed everything out with effortless speed, thank you!

This app helps up to keep our inventory hygiene. It allows us to create sub-product listings from the master listing, plus 5/5 customer support.

Been using this app since 2020 with great success. Does everything I need and more. Does not slow down the page, handles inventory correctly and is user friendly. Best solution I could find when it comes to bundles. Sent an email asking for help adding metafields to the app so the bundles would show up correctly on the invoice. Replies within an hour or so, a few emails back and forth and voila. Everything works like a charm! Customer service 5/5 !

Best bundles app you can get. Works well with third party orders and support/developers are quick-to-answer and helped us out a lot.

With ALL APPS*** customer support everything. App function could be theoretically great - on paper. When things go wrong, how good is the service? We had an issue and received a very fast response (under 30minutes) and which allowed us to fix the issue.

This app has been absolutely pivotal for our success. Our inventory management would be a mess without it. The majority of our sales are for "DIY Kits" that are comprised of a number of components. Our inventory is extremely dependent on this app for proper functioning & inventory allocation/syncing across multiple selling platforms. It keeps track of everything and automatically adjusts inventory levels based on quantity of components. We just opened up a new store on the east coast (and are opening another in AZ) and discovered that this app now has an update to allow for multi-location inventory syncing.. A LIFE SAVER!!! All I had to do was reach out to the support team, and had an answer in 6 MINUTES, and a fix! Crazy fast response time. We've been using this app since very early on in our Shopify selling history. Worth every penny, highly recommend.

This app solved a long standing challenge I had with selling bundles as a single product but needing to record inventory at a component level. The product delivers on its stated functionality and the interface is simple and easy to use. The support from Harold has been exceptionally good. I recommend this App and this developer.

We've been using Bundles for over 5 years now and from Day 1 it was a life saver. We hardly even use it for customer-facing product bundles - 99% of our use is for keeping our product *components* inventory accurate (so when someone buys an 8oz bottle of hand soap, 8oz of hand soap and one bottle are removed from our inventory counts). This was one of the first apps we added to our Shopify store and it's been a critical piece of our business ever since. I've never had any issues with Bundles whatsoever, and Harold's customer service is top-notch every time.

The best app hands down for bundles. The Shopify built in feature is severely lacking and this app solved all of my problems. It was 100% worth every penny and the support is top tier. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We have been fine for 3 years. Have been very happy with the app UNTIL our second location was opened.. This app cannot cope with changing fulfillment locations. Once raised to Harold he was very quick to help and made sure that everything was running fine. So far so good, will update if there is any changes.
