had a few questions during set up, but it was super easy to ask with the chat box, and I got a response both on the chat box as well as via email very quickly every time. Aside from that, I was able to customize bundle exactly how I wanted it. Definitely recommend, especially if you want to do " build your own bundle" where your customers can customize their bundle box. Not many other apps give that option

After working with more than 30 other apps for various needs, I can honestly say their service is the best I have experienced. We chose the Pro plan because they do not charge any percentage of sales, which makes a huge difference for us. Positives: Very easy app to use. Super fast and very good customer service. :) I can’t find a limit to the amount of variables. There are two templates so far, and a third one seems to be on the way. I think the one I chose was very aesthetically pleasing and professional. I can customize much more than I expected, such as colours, text size and text thickness. I asked for a specific customization that required code and they actually solved this for me quickly and exactly like I wanted it. Negatives: You have to stick to one language so far. We are a store with two language options, and this is a downside to us. If you only want one language or don't mind one language in this part of your store, I would highly recommend this bundle app.
