After having tried a good number of similar apps, I finally landed on BundleSuite and, since I really like the look and functionality of it, I decided to implement it on my site. The app is exactly what I need, providing me with all the easy and uncomplicated features I was looking for. I am relatively new to Shopify and have no technical understanding of any coding, so, when I got in touch with the team to see if I could get some modifications I was met with possibly the friendliest and most professional help there is! Amritosh and Arushi were directly assisting me in the chat and via email, and really went above and beyond what anyone could expect - in fact the whole brilliant team at BundleSuite have put in the hours to make sure the app was tweaked and finely tuned to meet my requirements. These are hard-working professionals who understand their customers's individual needs and I'm extremely grateful for all their help!

Software is great, straight forward and free. Customer service is perfect always available and actually helps. I tried a few other options before landing on BundleSuite, and they were a waste of my time.

The app performed exactly as promised from day one. Setup was seamless, every core feature worked flawlessly, and when I requested a couple of bespoke tweaks, the support team implemented them as soon as they could. Exactly what i needed!

Absolutely amazing app + Incredible support! We use Bundle Builder on our website to allow customers to build their own soap box, and it’s been a game-changer. The app is flexible, user-friendly, and does exactly what we need for product bundling. What really stood out was the customer support — especially Mr. Amritosh, who was incredibly polite, professional, and easy to work with. He quickly identified a mistake on our end and fixed it on the go, without any back and forth. It truly felt like having a team member on our side — someone who cares about your store as much as you do. Highly recommend this app and a big thank you to the support team. If you’re looking to create “build your own box” bundles, this is the one!

Downloaded this app a week ago for our BYOB format within our store. I wanted to change some font colors, etc. and the support team was very quick to help! Sounds like they are adding features soon, can't wait to see what.

I have been searching and have tried many bundle apps and this is the ONLY one that has the right mix and match bundle options that I need. The layout is great and the ability to add multiple products and options is awesome! The team have also been incredibly responsive and helpful so far.

I was looking through a few bundling apps and BundleSuite was one of the only ones that seemed to do exactly what I wanted. It has been easy to use and the team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I have had. I look forward to integrating more of their bundles into my website.

Trying to navigate the maze of shopify apps has been pretty hard for someone who really doesn't have a ton of experience with this sort of thing. This is the first app that I haven't gone and immediately uninstalled it. I reached out for help when I had some confusion and now I have a real developer reaching out making sure they can get it tweaked to what I'm looking for. Truly impressive!

At first, I was a bit worried since there weren’t many reviews yet, but I can confidently say this is an outstanding app with an amazing development team. There are many similar apps out there, but most of them are expensive and don’t offer a full set of features. This app, on the other hand, is currently free and already includes the functionality I was looking for. I also heard that a bundle duplication feature is coming soon, which shows how quickly the team listens and responds to user feedback. Since the app doesn’t support multiple languages yet, I think Japanese users who aren’t confident in English might find it a bit difficult to use. If you ever decide to add Japanese support, feel free to reach out — I’d be happy to help!

Been looking for an app to create my own bundles, to make the client be able to perfectly customize his own bundle, with inventory tracking, also the app lets you fully customize coloring, so you can match the bundle page to your store theme, the app is free currently, and I hope it stays the same, or be with a manageable monthly fee

I am really happy with Bundle Suite. Before finding Bundle Suite I tried +10 other apps that either didn't look nice or had limited options. While setting it up I was in contact with the team and they helped me a ton! They were also interested in constant feedback and are implementing many cool features for the future. Love it! Makes my life so much easier!

BundleSuite is the best bundle app for small businesses, since it's free. The BYOB bundle was easy to customize. I got help from Arushi on how to add the app in my shop because it was confusing at first, but it all worked out for me in the end by their simple explanation. Thank you!

I was trying to use different kinds of BYOB apps for the past 2-3 months but all of them had some issues. This app is BY FAR the best one I've downloaded. Super clean, super easy to use and on top of that it doesn't affect reports, automations, discounts etc etc. It just work like a charm! On top of that I've experience the best customer service EVER! They fixed some issues related to my store super quickly and they added new features upon request. Everything was super fast and perfect. Couldn't ask more!

It is always the free apps with low amount of 5 star reviews that end up being the most terrific. I have been searching for an app like this for weeks, trying many paid apps and none can do what this app does. It automatically creates it's up product page where you build a custom bundle builder for the customer. The customer can visit the product page which you can embed anywhere just like a normal product, where they can create mix and match bundles or and limitless custom bundles that you create for them with tiered discounts and limitless possibilities. No other app can do this, even top paid apps. Thank you SimpleSuite!!

the developers of this app are very helpful and respond almost instantly and are there to help in anyway you need. It is quite refreshing and so nice! They help you for as long as you need too and are ready to jump back on a call as needed. I wish all apps were this easy to work with! As far as the ability to make the bundles - it is not as customizable as I wish (some things like color and orientation they can adjust to your liking) but as far as template changes to be able to have the customer check off which items they want before adding to cart on the non BYOB option - its not possible YET! Otherwise I really enjoy working with the owners of this app and am so excited to be able to offer my customers the bundles they make! It is really outstanding!! 10 STARS!!!

Personalised, real human support is excellent. They're great at responding, and they've helped me to customise to my store branding etc. 10/10
