Amazing customer service! I scheduled a meeting with a customer support representative, and Noor went above and beyond. He even met with me on his day off. As someone new to Shopify and BundleSuite, I had a lot of questions, and he was incredibly patient and thorough. He followed up almost immediately after our call with additional answers and even offered help with the UI for our bundles. The app itself is user‑friendly, well‑organized, and easy to navigate.

I am mid set up and the team has been so helpful and this is the first app we've found that includes all the features we've been looking for. Great application to offer bundle option to consumers.

This bundling app has been a great add-on for my Shopify store. I love that it lets customers build their own kit from a list of individual items and automatically applies a discount. I’ve had strong results so far—there are a couple features I’d love to see improved, and I think it may conflict with another app at times. Overall, solid app and I’d give it 4 stars.

So far the customer service has been epic! Anyone who offers a phone call to walk me through is my hero. I have not used the app yet but will be setting it up tomorrow.
