App works as hoped for, and customer support was quick and able to help solve our issues to a certain extent: we reached a point where Shopify's functioning butted up against Buunto's abilities (Shopify's date estimates cannot be removed). This would be an issue for any date picker app so the problem is with Shopify, and the Buunto date picker works better than other date pickers, which crash on certain browsers.

Great app, clear and easy to use and amazing support. We added a date picker on the product page with a more complicated date cut-off and they were super helpful in setting it all up really quickly. Thank you Buunto!

Buunto’s support team is amazing! I had trouble with the date and time not showing properly for my manually keyed-in orders, and they helped me fix everything so quickly. Now all my orders sync perfectly and I won’t miss anything anymore. Super friendly, patient and really helpful — thank you Buunto!

Buunto is a very useful app that gives us the flexibility to apply extra charges for specific delivery dates, exactly what we needed. The setup is straightforward, and the features work reliably. The support team deserves a special mention: they respond quickly, are genuinely helpful, and make sure any issues or questions are resolved smoothly. Overall, a solid app with strong functionality and great customer service.

Works really well for us. The app does what it promises and has been reliable for our store. Whenever we’ve run into small issues or had questions, the support team has been quick to respond and provides great follow-up until everything is resolved. Worked a charm. Very easy to use, and we now have a date and time selection available at the cart on our online store. The Buunto support team were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when I was having trouble. Very happy.

We love Buunto! We switched from another delivery app that wasn't working for us to Buunto. They've been wonderful. The app is straightforward to use and easily customizable. When we've had questions, they respond within 30 minutes or so and are always so helpful! When we asked for a feature they didn't offer, they sent us the coding with instructions for how to set it up in our store, and even offered to request collaborator access to set it up for us if we were struggling. Andres in support is especially helpful to work with! This app and team is great!

The support from the team was overall a wonderful experience. They were prompt and very helpful towards all the questions I had regarding the features of their app. When the app had limitations where it couldn't apply what I had in mind, they even went above and beyond to help me with the coding on our Shopify store to reflect these customisations.
