Poor performance. Finances not clear.

We are highly disappointed with the persistent stability issues of the BNB APP. Over the last two weeks, the application has repeatedly failed to function, with marketplace buttons either not appearing at all or loading with a delay exceeding 60 seconds. This level of latency is unacceptable in a live e-commerce environment. Furthermore, the admin panel is non-responsive and extremely slow. When contacted, support informed us that they had been implementing updates over the last two days and advised us to wait another 48 hours for a fix. This approach is unprofessional; as a paid merchant, we should not be treated as beta testers for updates pushed directly to production without proper staging. A professional store requires reliable tools, not software that disrupts the customer journey for days at a time.

The interface of this application is currently not displaying properly and is showing only code. We need a professional to help us resolve this issue.
