This has been a great addition to our Shopify store, especially for simplifying fulfillment and giving customers a faster shipping option. Being able to use existing Amazon inventory while keeping everything connected with Shopify saves a lot of time and reduces the complexity of managing orders across different channels. The Prime checkout experience is also a nice conversion booster since customers already familiar with Prime can get a fast, reliable delivery option without unnecessary friction. Overall, it has made our fulfillment workflow much more efficient and gives customers more confidence when ordering.
Open works. But it updates some incredibly incorrect inventory updates. I updated my products on Shopify and had them fully mapped, and the inventory still said 2950 units available 1 hour later, even though the real units available was 152... this is a HUGE difference.
