Amazon MCF and Buy with Prime

I installed and setup this new BWP app. It now works, but it was not easy to get it working. The issues I had were because I already had the non-app version of BWP installed manually on my site. They do have a help page for folks migrating from the manual installation to this app. But that page is missing information. It ends up that if you are migrating, you need to create a brand new BWP account at the beginning steps. You cannot use the same BWP account you have set up (and linked) for your manual installation. When you first install the Shopify BWP app, when it asks for your BWP business account, make sure to choose to create a new account. Once I did that, I was finally able to get through all of the steps and it’s now working on my site. Hopefully, Amazon will update the migration help page to include this info. BTW, if you are like me and use your existing BWP account initially, the symptom is that you will get stuck with errors at step 2 and be unable to link your account. Everything will look fine and working on your BWP account page, but you won’t get past that linking step 2. I had to uninstall the app and figure out how to force it to go through from the beginning at step 1 once I reinstalled it. Other than the installation issues, the app is OK, not great. One big thing I assumed the app would do was match my website’s SKUs with my Amazon product SKUs to connect the products and let me offer BWP. However, the app does NOT do that automatically. Instead, you get a list of all of your Shopify products and you need to search for your SKU manually, then manually enter the matching Amazon AKU into a field, submit that, wait for it to match, and then you can enable BWP for that product. Needless to say, this would be terrible if you had a lot of products! They do have a csv import option, but you’d still need to add the matching Amazon SKU for each product. Amazon - if you are reading these reviews - please add an automatic matching based on SKUs. If our SKUs are matching between Amazon and Shopify, there is no reason the software can’t find them and do a match vs. us doing each manually. Other than that, the BWP button showed up fine on my website (my theme is Unsen). I’ve tested it out and it appears to work. Wow, this is a long review! Been selling on Amazon for years, and the ability to add the Buy with Prime option to our website will be a game changer! Excited to offer this to our Shopify customers. We had this app up and running in less than 20 minutes. Absolute necessity to install this app. 5 stars and I would give it more if I could.

Update: First test order arrived and glad to have the option fully live on our site. I cannot stress enough how helpful Amazon support was with this - great team at the Buy with Prime department. Original: Really easy to install and setup because our store already uses Amazon Seller Central for our inventory/fulfillment with Shopify and we have Amazon Pay. Had some technical hiccups but I got support right away and then it was good to go, excited to see the impact the Buy with Prime option will have on conversion - glad the app option is available now because it can get expensive having dev support customize an installation

The Buy with Prime Shopify app is very easy to use. Simple 3 step connection and the support is always there to help you if there are any issues at all. If you already have buy with prime set up using the website, just go ahead and create a new business profile in step 2 and that should work. The order sync, returns and mapping of products are all very straight forward.

Very easy to set it up! Highly recommend it to anyone who is running an Amazon FBA business and has a Shopify store that gets some orders. Easy and seamless integration. Order processing has gotten so much easier now! All you need to do is connect your Buy with Prime with Seller Central and your Shopify store, match the SKUs from Shopify to Seller Central and you're good to go! Love it!

We tested buy with prime manually earlier this year and it was great, but the setup process was rather clunky. This new app for it makes it so much easier! Much better experience and we're excited to see how it performs on our store.

I installed the app, and it was very easy to install and add all my products. All I needed was to match the SKUs from Amazon to my SKUs from Shopify, and have a link to my privacy policy, and it was ready to go. Can't wait to capture more customers and convert more sales, and offer the best shipping options in the world to my customers! It just makes sense.

Installed the app to find product reviews/ratings from Amazon can't be brought over to my Shopify store - have not been integrated (yet ... according to a support agent). This was 99% of the value proposition for me. When this feature is available I will try it again and may reconsider my review.

I was doing Buy with Prime before they made this App. They had a different set up process and it was rather confusing. The app definitely makes it much easier to set up, and has new features like the dashboard and app itself. Easier, better, and now I offer prime on my website? Can't beat it!

The app is a great tool for helping us provide multiple fulfillment and payment options to our customers. The app is pretty easy to setup. The implementation team from Amazon was great and ultra available to troubleshoot some minor issues and resolve them quickly. Overall, it's what you would expect from Amazon - easy to use, excellent customer service and timely executing. 5 Stars for sure.

We have been selling on Amazon for years but this app now connects Amazon and our website and offers Prime to our existing customers. The best feature in our opinion is that customer can see estimated delivery date provided by Amazon Prime so they can shop with confidence which is very important especially during rush holiday season. Setup was easy and fast.

The integration process with our Amazon Seller account was easy, but we had trouble getting the Buy With Prime button to show up on our site. Support was super responsive in getting it fixed. Would definitely recommend for increasing conversions on your Shopify site.

Who wouldn't want an increase in sales? The app is great and allows me to seamlessly use my Amazon inventory for my Shopify site. It also gives customers the option to get the quick Amazon shipping without an upcharge. Due to the fast shipping customers seem to enjoy it as well and have seen an increase in sales. Love the app!

This app is a gamechanger and helps me blend my Amazon FBA business with my Shopify side. I especially like that the checkout is still within Shopify so it's not a jarring UX. Aside from consolidating inventory - I'm very happily surprised to see that all the data is kept within Shopify too. It's already helping me drive more sales into Shopify!
