From automating tagging to generating visually stunning catalogs, it does everything I need—and more. What really sets it apart, though, is the Chatalog feature. It organizes all our customer chats and helps us segment audiences based on their behavior. We’ve been able to send highly personalized offers, and it’s working wonders for customer loyalty. My only regret is not finding this sooner!
