Love this service, they have grown over the years as I have leveraged their insights for years across several brands/sites. The service is top-notch and Cyrus was awesome in on-boarding the latest version!

This app is super complete. It has all the dashboards and reports you can imagine. The integrations with third party apps is great. And best of all, I would say is the customer support. Cyrus is amazing and the onboarding session with him was spectacular. He looks with you at your specific needs based on your business model and makes sure you can use the full potential of the app. Thank you!

BtN is a great analytics tool with lots of functionality that punches way above its weight. It uses a traditional RFM segmentation model that didn't work so well for our unique business but will likely work for most others. Nevertheless, BtN still has so much analytics functionality, that we still found enough value to keep using it. Its particular strength is being able to filter your Shopify dashboard by RFM/custom segments. Piam is attentive and knows what he's talking about, so there's no nonsense, most functions are there for a reason and if not he's quick to help implement any new reports or functions that you might need. Highly recommended, especially for the affordable price.

We’ve only begun using it and are already uncovering revenue, growth, and retention opportunities.
