They really try to explain everything to you during meetings and show you what is possible. The software has huge potential and a lot of possibilities. Superb app. Very useful in knowing who my customers are, and where they are in the buying cycle. The out-of-the-box customer segmentation is crazy (in a good way) and gives me the ability to sync these as custom audiences into Google Ads (huge). The Products Sold report is useful in showing what products are sold, and matches these to customer segments as well to help in developing product promotion strategy. Great app overall on providing real business intelligence. Also, the support from the team when I had a question is excellent.

By The Numbers is the single most valuable app you can add to your store. Over the last 6 months I have used it to gain an understanding of my customer journey and business operations that I never could have dreamed of before. I've used the data from BTN to adjust marketing messaging timing, adjust advertising spend to the most efficient campaigns, understand customer purchasing tendencies (bundling, etc), and even as a prompt to change the formulation on one of my products. (Purchase latency and repurchase rates). Put simply, BTN will allow you to make better, information-based decisions that will help you run a more profitable business. I would be blind without it.

Working with the team one-on-one, we have been able to identify key metrics that have helped us make strategic decisions with our new product line launch. This has saved us several hours of research in regard to market demographics and customer behavior. We would recommend that for a business just starting out, or even at an enterprise level for product launches.

Highly recommended. The Loyalty, Segment and Cohort analysis sections are very comprehensive and the reports section has a lot of insights. The team made the enhancements we needed in an incredibly short time and went live. Great customer service.
