We've recently started using By the Numbers and have been impressed with the ease of integration (no work required), ease of use, video tutorials and with the fast and relevant customer support. As a company from 1854, We have a large data base of customers spanning back until when emails were invented. Our oldest customers have been around longer than the living members of staff have. This app has been the perfect, easy to use out of the box data app to help us know. A) Who is worth the most, B) Who is starting to slip C) How often they come back and when we should chase up... among a lot of other factors. The true ROI of AdWords being just another factor this app provides us for a fraction of the price of the other one we used before. Highly recommended and also recommend reaching out to the team who are very helpful. Thanks guys.

Amazing app, GA4 Vs UA was a bit of a nightmare. This app saved our team. Giving us all the data we needed plus LTV and cumulative sales total to see how we are t byracking is really cool. More so over being able to use the segmenting tool helped us cut our klaviyo bill without loosing any conversions. Highly recommended.

I've been using Shopify and downloading various apps to help grow my business for over 10 years, and By the Numbers is the first (of oh so many) analytics apps that feels tailored to my needs. The support has been super helpful, everything is clear in both language and layout. So far, I've experienced notable growth in sales and customer interactions (newsletter sign-ups). Looking at detailed historical data has been really helpful as well in terms accurately forecasting fall production needs (likely saving me money as well). Highly recommend this app!

Handy App and not expensive. I love the option to "Combine line items with different titles for the same Product" on some reports and weekly insight email is great, giving you a high level breakdown of sales for the previous week. Customer and Product reports insightful and helpful. Customer support very responsive.
