Outstanding Enterprise support — diagnosed our complex issue in minutes We use Camouflage on our Shopify store to hide product variants based on country location. We have a complex setup with Shopify Markets enabled across 5 regions (US, Canada, UK, EU, Rest of World) and a print-on-demand catalog where each provider stocks different colors. We initially struggled to get our country-based rules working on the storefront. Aditya from the Camouflage team jumped on chat support, quickly diagnosed the root cause (variants had a leftover "Always Show" override from an earlier test that was silently bypassing our global rules), and walked us through the fix step by step. The issue that we couldn't crack for hours was resolved in under 30 minutes once we reached support. The Enterprise plan is absolutely worth it. Features like country location targeting, grouped multi-variant rules, and Global Checkout Validation (which acts as a fail-safe at checkout even if a customer somehow reaches a hidden variant) make this app an essential tool for any Shopify store selling internationally with regional inventory differences. I've been using Camouflage for quite some time and I'm really happy with it. Today I needed a custom modification for my theme. The support team responded quickly, implemented everything perfectly, and without any issues. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with the "Filter sold out variants from Collection" option because it wasn't filtering the collections which were discoverable from the search field. The Camouflage team solved it in about 1 hour. Thanks alot guys.

This app is excellent! I have been looking for a way to hide a specific variant that was sold out as well as items that had inventory because I am phasing out the material. This app does not delete the variant so I can still sell it in person. Price is great. Customer service time was fast. Thanks!

Firstly, I believe their app support is excellent. I changed my product page completely through manual code and a lot of apps stopped working. Camouflage team was the quickest to respond and create a customised fix for me so that the app can start working again on my customised theme code. Secondly, the app works perfectly as it is intended to work. It is very easy to configure how I want to hide certain variants and it works without any bugs. Whenever I want a more advanced setting to be enabled, the team is very helpful in configuring a solution dedicated for my store.

The app helped me hide an entire color swatch for a specific product in a selected country after countless and not working attempts. I needed to disable VPN to avoid seeing the hidden variants, so an additional feature to make the app more complete could be a built-in function to hide variants based on IP address, in order to keep eventual customers using a VPN from selecting the hidden variants (for now it's anyway possible to prevent wrong purchases by blocking VPN customers on the checkout pages using a checkout validator). Fast live customer support.
