Outstanding Enterprise support — diagnosed our complex issue in minutes We use Camouflage on our Shopify store to hide product variants based on country location. We have a complex setup with Shopify Markets enabled across 5 regions (US, Canada, UK, EU, Rest of World) and a print-on-demand catalog where each provider stocks different colors. We initially struggled to get our country-based rules working on the storefront. Aditya from the Camouflage team jumped on chat support, quickly diagnosed the root cause (variants had a leftover "Always Show" override from an earlier test that was silently bypassing our global rules), and walked us through the fix step by step.
