I've been using this app for a couple of weeks now, and as a new Shopify store owner it was a bit overwhelming trying to set everything up and learn the interface. Having minimal coding and e-commerce experience, it was fairly daunting. I hopped on the chat to get some assistance on several occasions and received prompt and efficient help almost immediately. Very well organized support system and I am very happy with the integration of this app!
