Canva Connect

I am trying to communicate to you guys but I can't get a field to type in a message. I didn't know this store existed and I need to have my account disconnected to it because I am going to shut it down. Now that I am here, may I inquire as in to how many Canva accounts are associated with my Name; Edward Ndyabawe Rubahika, Yonge Street People or Zoho email of [email protected]. I recently paid for a subscription and now I am beginning to think it is not all together.

Canva Connect isn't as easy to use as I thought it would be. I was an early adopter of the app. and when I first used it it worked perfect but sadly that is not the case now. Now I can't find it at all in my shopify store. I'm probably missing a step somewhere, but at this point. I'm back to creating in Canva, downloading whatever I created, and then uploading it on Shopify.
