Many thanks for the prompt response on New Year Day. I am happy to be working with a company that shares our sense of urgency. We need more Carecart support in the the Shopify App Store. Our productivity and revenue would increase exponentially for the benefit of everyone. Ayra, Luis you are the best.

Downloaded App to help with abandoned carts. Great App so far but the Customer Service is absolutely AWESOME! There is an instant chat feature to help you get set up and customize everything for you. Ross was stellar! Added and removed features I needed or didn't. A++++ just for this.

I asked for help through a chat to get the app set up and got a very speedy reply. I would recommend using the app
