Installed, but it does not work so far :( can i get some support?

Shahar and Poof are incredibly supportive and attentive, I dont' think I've ever been taken care of at such length and so directly for a product that costs such a reasonable amount. The product works as advertised but Shahar helped me customize it a bit to my own store's needs. Really really impressed. 10 stars.

This App does exactly what I need. You may have to contact support for some tweaks, but they respond quickly and get it done for you. It's not perfect for my needs but it's the best option out there currently so proceed with confidence.

I was looking for an app to replace the "Update Cart" button on the cart page, as many of our customers were updating quantities of items in their cart and missing that button. This app refreshes the page automatically when a quantity is changed so the accurate price is displayed without that extra step for the customer. Super easy to install, customer service responded right away when something wasn't working as expected and price is very reasonable. All in all took 10 minutes and will alleviate much aggravation for our customers.

We wanted a simple way to hide the Add to Cart button and decided to try this app. We needed a couple tweaks to the functionality. Customer service was superb. They were responsive, fast, and did exactly what we needed! Thank you!!

Works well. First it didn´t work in my theme, but a quick support from the dev fixed this problem. Recommend it.

The app does what it says. And support is fast and professional. I have requested to make a minor adjustment and they did this right away.

This app saved my cart page and helped my store TREMENDOUSLY! I even needed a tweak to the code to make it perfect and the customer service is super helpful and responsive. Thank you Effective Apps!

My cart wasn't updating with quantity changes on its own due to lots of customizations and apps added. I was afraid this wouldn't work because of that. It worked in less than 60 seconds. My only criticism, it updates so fast that you don't really have time to enter a new quantity.......

Thank u very much for the app. The Team is very helpful also. I contacted them to help me making the app compatible with brooklyn mobile and got the help. Now it works perfect with my theme.

Just installed the app using the Flow theme. We had a technical issue getting it to work, but the developer responded in less than an hour and got it to work in less than an hour. Great service!
