Onspruce Cart Insight is a great app. The integration with Shopify was quick and easy, and the setup process was smooth. It works well and provides useful insights without any hassle. Overall, a very good experience.

This app is an absolute necessity in our store. Filters out bot activity and gives us a real time summary of customer cart events. For the price, it's a steal and I couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you.
We tested the app for a few days: it is visually appealing and basically shows the most important data. Unfortunately, the IP of the visitor is missing. The biggest problem however is that not all visitors are shown. The first answer from support was "bots". The second, when we asked about a regular customer who was shown by another app but not by this one, was - in simple terms - that Shopify was probably not sending all the data. So we went with the alternative app, which doesn't look as pretty, but shows more data. In the end, that's what matters.
This used to be an amazing app with great insight into what people on my site were looking at in their carts. Now it seems to be hit or miss. I use this in conjunction with the shopify live view. So I can see when someone is on the site and when they are checking out. Then I will check on the OnSpruce app and it will show no one checking out...the most recent will maybe be an 30-60min ago. When I first got the app a year ago, this worked perfectly. But it just isn't consistent anymore which makes it hard to trust what I am seeing. Support basically just tells me I am wrong about it when I reported last time and I keep having this issue and they don't seem to want to work on it. Don't get me wrong...it is very important data for me when it is working. But since it isn't consistent now...it has changed from important data to just interesting data...which probably means it won't be worth it for me to give them money every month.
I love being able to see which products are creating activity and where the action is coming from so I can be more targeted with my marketing initiatives.
An essential app for pre-purchase customer service, order verification, e-commerce traffic analysis, and product performance analysis.
Great App. A bit expensive for what it does. A discounted annual pre-payment will be appreciated.
Very good costumer service and they do care and do follow up, and the app give you insight on what been left into your store Cart.
The app has saved us many times over when a client needs assistance with their order! And when we've needed a little help, or a tweak to make it easier for us, they always come through!
